Where your money
goes next

Authorised is only the start. Follow the same EUR 129.00 through settlement, reconciliation and our own ledger to your bank account, one visible step at a time.

  1. 01

    Captured

The authorised payment is captured in full and shows in your balance as pending.

  2. 02

    Settled

The card scheme includes the payment in its settlement to ecomm.

  3. 03

    Reconciled

The settlement line is matched to the payment. Gross, fee and net must add up; any difference is recorded with its reason.

  4. 04

    Posted to the ledger

Every movement is posted to our own double-entry ledger as balanced, immutable entries, to the cent.

  5. 05

    Available

EUR 120.10 becomes available to withdraw and 6.45 is held in reserve. Available, pending and reserved are always shown apart.

  6. 06

    Withdrawal requested

You request a withdrawal to your bank account in EUR and follow every stage.

  7. 07

    Paid

EUR 120.10 reaches your bank. Paid out 120.10, reserved 6.45 and the 2.45 fee make exactly 129.00.

Fraud prevention

Stop fraud at checkout,
not in your balance.

Every Direct API and Hosted Payment Page attempt is screened against configurable antifraud rules before authorisation, and 3-D Secure authenticates the cardholder. A denied attempt stops right there.

Developers

Two ways to integrate.
One clear API.

Send customers to the Hosted Payment Page, or collect card details in your own checkout with the Direct API. Both create the same Payment, with refunds, card payouts and signed webhooks on top.

  2. Verify

We verify your business and its owners. Upload documents in the portal.

  3. Sign

  4. Go live

Tested in your sandbox, switch to live keys and take your first live payment.

Security & control

Accountable
by design

Every action is on record, card numbers stay masked, test keys never touch live money, and every merchant stays under watch after going live.

Every action on record

An audit trail shows who did what and when, so every change in your account traces back to a person.

Card numbers stay masked

Full card numbers are never shown in the portal. You see the brand and the last four digits.

Sandbox and Live kept apart

Every account starts in the sandbox, where test keys never move real money. Going live means switching to live keys.

Watched after go-live

Onboarding is not the last check. Every merchant stays under ongoing monitoring, including screening of their website.
